Therefore, organizations have turned their attention to creativity, and this interest is not limited to tools and techniques but includes making actual changes in the orientations and behaviors of employees.

To achieve the element of administrative creativity, a suitable and healthy environment must be provided that embraces creativity and innovators, and a suitable work environment for the development, encouragement, and growth of the human element, which is considered the lifeline of the institution. This is essential in the process of generating new and creative ideas. Thus, organizations strive to create a work environment that focuses on developing creativity, excellence, as well as developing and qualifying individuals by providing and offering material and moral incentives, and encouraging teamwork that urges individuals within work teams to create and produce new innovative ideas.
