The Impact of Change Management Practices on Project Performance: A Presentation by Kaltham Mohamed Youssef El-Shibani at Gate Academy's Celebration

Introduction
The distinctive characteristic of our current era is change, whether at the political, economic, social, or technological levels. This change is attributed to the continuous evolution of customer needs and preferences. As the pace of change accelerates, organizations face increasing challenges, making the primary focus for all organizations and companies achieving customer satisfaction and ensuring their loyalty.

Given that the success of any project primarily depends on successful management that aligns with the nature and context of the work and the employees, coordination and utilization of material and human resources must be done efficiently and economically. Additionally, it involves maintaining the company or organization in a dynamic equilibrium with internal and external variables by anticipating environmental factors that could have a clear impact on the future of the institution and studying how to deal with them.

Since change management is a sensitive process due to its impact on the success or failure of the company, the management must be aware of all the causes and conditions of this process to make informed decisions. This study aims to understand the impact of change management practices on project performance through an applied study on a private Egyptian company.
