Introduction

Business organizations, in all their types and varying sizes, initiate change to enhance their ability to adapt to rapid events, improve performance, and provide quality service to satisfy customers and the community. Therefore, change becomes a necessary and essential process for any organization to ensure its survival, competitiveness, development, and modernization. Its continuity in activity is linked to its effectiveness and its readiness and speed in interacting with the internal and external environment, as well as adapting to economic, political, and social developments to meet the expectations of its stakeholders.

One of the most significant features of the twenty-first century is the digital transformation that has made human society function like a beehive or an anthill, where everyone is in a constant state of change. Successfully leading change has become one of the most compelling topics for managerial and administrative leadership due to convincing reasons: change is happening everywhere, its speed is increasing, and its complexity is growing.
